I am writing on behalf of CSL regarding the work carried out by Rachael Kirkham and Angie Norden from Training & Leadership Coaching (TLC). CSL have had an on-going relationship with TLC since January 2007, where they have implemented numerous training courses, new and improved selection processes and new appraisal systems, including most recently a 360 degree appraisal system for Store Managers. All of the work produced and implemented by TLC has gained excellent feedback from the staff attending the courses and who have been affected by the implementation of new processes. Improvements in staff motivation and engagement has occurred during and after the training courses conducted by Rachael and Angie. In addition to this I believe TLC have added value to CSL in a number of different ways, for example, through the creation and implementation of new selection methods for key positions the business has recruited the right candidates first time. The use of the principles of NLP during the training courses and recruitment processes has been extremely beneficial and useful to CSL, and which is something we will continue to use and build upon. Rachael and Angie, as well as other consultants working for TLC, have always adapted their approach to suit the culture of the company and tailor made the programmes and new processes to meet the needs of the business, ensuring the success of the work by TLC. The ideas put forward have always been innovative and creative and a number of options given to chose from. I have never found TLC to be a pushy sales type consultancy, where you feel they are out to make as much money out of the company as possible; quite the opposite has been experienced.
